CERITA SUDU

Sudu oh sudu..Sudu settil (sila sebut tt itu seperti menyebut huruf  TO- tebal dan berat) Jawa la konon..

Saya nak share satu petua yang mudah, murah dan terbukti berkesan kerana dirimu begitu berharga! Awww..

Kan kita ni kononnye IT la sangat..cyberlady..

Dek kerana cyberlady sangat makanya matapun dah ala-ala zombie. Lebem, mudah cengkung, tenggelam ke dalam at times dan dark circle toksah kata la..

Sebenarnya bola mata kita ni penat.... sebab mata asyik fokus pada satu tempat sahaja. Tidak terhad pada mengadap skrin komputer saja, baca buku, menonton televisyen pun bole mengakibatkan keadaan yang sama.

Titik fokus objek kita pada satu titik fokus dan jarak yang sama sahaja. Tidak berubah-ubah.Jadi mata, saraf, urat itu kekdahnya menegang atau cakap omputihnya strain. Macam kita kacau dodol sekawah. kurang-kurang 5-6 jam nak ngacau dodol tu..mau tercabut cik keti. Berketul-ketul lengan lepas tu dah macam jaguh bina badan. Tangan, lengan semua menegang. Sakitkan?

Begitulah dengan perihal mata ni.. Sepasang anugerah Allah untuk melihat, menangis kala suka dan duka dan 1001 lain lagi fungsi mata.

Beruntunglah siapa yang tidak mudah di serang gejala tired eyes ini. Duduk berjam-jam depan komputer pun masih bergaya macho matamu.Tapi pada mereka yang seperti saya, nak buat macamana kan...? Kekadang saya naik hairan bila orang asyik-asyik cakap..kenapa? nampak penat je? Mengantuk ke?


ENAQ  AJJA!!!


Padahal jam baru pukul 8.30 pagi ku nengok. Hairan jugak sebab eyecream ku tepek dah world dah kurasa..wachehh!! uweekkk..Patut blink-blink la kan? Dalam hati..tukang jual ni hampeh betul! Kata kompom blink-blink. Duit dah kopak beli benda alah ni.

Sepek dah pakai, contact lens dah torai...tapi masih zombie.....





Akhirnya..ku kaji-kaji, rupa-rupanya memang muka ni nampak exhausted dan haggard!! Padahal badan tak penat pun..cargas lagi ada. Kata kick boxing..kekeke..

Jadi saya slowly menerima teguran mereka dengan hati terbuka. Ye..kekadang kita kena terima pandangan orang sekeliling kita. Mereka yang boleh lihat kita. Kita tak boleh lihat diri kita sendiri kecuali depan cermin. Takkan nak hangkut cermin 5 kaki tinggi tu kemana-mana kita pergi.

So..let loosen up your eyes babeh.. Katanya the eyes are the window to the soul.

1-2 jam didepan komputer/tv/buku kemudianlah pandanglah keindahan alam ciptaan Allah yang maha indah di sekeliling kita sambil memuji kebesaranNya. Memandang pada jarak dekat dan jauh. Melihat banyak objek berwarna hijau. Semua itu membantu keadaan  sistem penglihatan kita lebih rileks.

Jom baca artikel yang baik punya wa cilok ni..hehe.. spesel tuk cik the me :) Jura dan Eton korang bacalah ni supaya mata korang maintain blink-blink okeh. Korang tu mudo belio lagi. Eloklah mencegah dari berubat kata cik kiah ari tu..


'Tired eyes' is one of the problems frequently occurring in the present-day world. In this condition, along with puffiness around the eyes, a person also suffers from heaviness in the head. Lack of sleep is one of the primary causes of tired eyes. Other causes include allergy, eyestrain, fatigue, conjunctivitis, excessive crying, inadequate supply of oxygen to the cornea and pollution. Its symptoms are heaviness in eyes, burning sensation, irritation and redness of the eyes. Tired eyes can, however, be treated at home, using the natural ways. In the following lines, we have provided some useful home remedies for curing tired eyes.








Causes Of Tired Eyes
  • Allergy
  • Eyestrain
  • Fatigue
  • Conjunctivitis
  • Inadequate sleep
  • Excessive crying
  • Inadequate oxygen supply to the cornea
  • Pollution
  • Extended use of computer or video monitor
  • Reading for extended periods
  • Exposure to bright light or glare
  • Straining to see in very dim light

Symptoms Of Tired Eyes
  • Heaviness in eyes
  • Burning sensation
  • Irritation in the eyes
  • Redness of the eyes
  • Sore eyes
  • Itchiness
  • Watery eyes
  • Dry eyes
  • Blurred or double vision
  • Headache
  • Sore neck
  • Increased sensitivity to light

Home Remedy For Tired Eyes
  • One of the simplest home remedies for tired eyes would be to place two spoons in the freezer. Take them out when they are cold and place them under the eyes to reduce puffiness. Do not freeze the spoons.
Yang ini paling mudah dan best! Yang saya cerita mula-mula tadi. Gunalah sudu settil! Dah sejuk lepas tu tekan belakang sudu itu perlahan di keliling mata. Lepas tu sure terang benderang je bebola mata ni. Syiooookk!! Cubalah.. then let me know how do you feel ok?
  • Another effective method would be to dip cotton balls in tea water. Place the cotton on the eyelids and leave it there for sometime.
  • Take a cucumber and cut it into slices. Place the sliced cucumber on your eyelids, to get relief from the puffiness.
  • An effective option would be to wash the eyes regularly with cold water. This would help the eyes relax and also remove any kind of tiredness.
  • In a small bowl of cold milk, dip a cotton ball and place it over the eyelids. This would remove all the puffiness.
  • In a bowl of water, add a few drops of lavender oil. Soak a cotton ball in this and place it over the eyelids.
  • Soak a cotton ball in a bowl, containing water, and a few drops of perfume. Keep the soaked cotton on your eyelids, for a few minutes.
  • Place a strawberry, kept in the refrigerator for a few minutes, on the eyelids. This will be beneficial in treating tired eyes.
  • Boil 2 cups of water. In it, add a small amount of boric acid. Once cooled, use the solution to wash the eyes for quick relief.
